2. Intellectual Property

3. Digital Products & Self-Paced Courses

All digital products and courses are delivered electronically and intended for individual use only.

License for Digital Content

When you purchase a digital product or course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share login access or files

  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute materials

  • Use course content for teaching, coaching, or commercial purposes

No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds or chargebacks once access is granted

4. Books, Artwork & Physical Products

Physical Items (Books, Prints, Art)

  • Shipping timelines are estimates

  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All physical sales are final

  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

5. Artwork & Print Licensing

All artwork sold as prints or physical products is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or digitize the artwork

  • Sell or distribute copies

  • Use artwork for merchandise, NFTs, branding, or marketing

Commercial licensing requires a separate written agreement.

6. Kickstarter Campaigns

Kickstarter campaigns are governed by:

  • Kickstarter’s Terms of Service

  • The terms listed on each campaign page

By backing a campaign:

  • You acknowledge delivery timelines are estimates

  • You understand creative projects involve production risks

Any disputes related to pledges must be handled through Kickstarter.

7. Editorial Services Disclaimer

Editorial services are advisory and educational.

We do not guarantee:

  • Publication

  • Representation

  • Sales or specific creative outcomes

You retain full ownership and rights to your manuscript.

8. Payments & Access

  • Prices are listed in USD

  • Payment is required before access is granted

  • Payment plans must be completed in full

Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access.

9. Email & Marketing

By subscribing or downloading resources, you consent to receive newsletters, educational content, and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability
